I absolutely love this band and I can't imagine how one could not! A beautiful synergy of surf rock; hazy, indie pop; sumi's light voice; and the occasional, passionate yet soft, new wave style guitar. It's practically impossible for me to choose my top 1 song so I'll go with let it begin, the courage to become somebody's past, and coming to the end! You should really just listen to their entire discography though. ^_^ My heart goes out to them and all they've been through recently <3 bangsinmytearduct

For me one of the top five Shoegaze albums of all time. Lilys had many phases but the first two albums are classic. This is why all those shoegaze revivalists exist.. I got to see them live in 2017 and they were awesome 5 piece band.
The album came in about two weeks but it was worth the wait. Great condition. Double LP And came with a bunch of stickers. lspaceman3
The latest from Papercuts is another batch of bright, melodic, ’60s-influenced pop songs with driving, heart-on-sleeve vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 16, 2018
Entirely analog, lush melodic pop with a tender heart from L.A. artist Human Barbie sounds bigger than the bedroom project it is. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 22, 2020

KXLU used to play Ginger daily when this was originally released. Bought the 10" back in 93 or 94. This is one of those records I had to buy a 2nd time because it's just that good! the bonus tracks don't hurt either! Boss Moss
